that takes you from the
6 Basic Things through to
such concepts as tax free
liquidation of real estate.
This class is taught in
a 3 or 4 hour format, depending
upon the State. |

this
class begins where the intermediate
class leaves off and discusses
such advanced concepts as Personal
Property (things that move), Reverse
Exchanges, Improvement Exchanges,
etc. We also teach you techniques
for dealing with partnership clients
when some partners want to exchange
but the others don’t. We
finish up by teaching you some
more ways you can liquidate your
real estate tax free and some
ways you can transfer real estate
to your heirs tax free using 1031
exchange. This class is also taught
in a 3 or 4 hour format depending
on State requirements. |
