of the Entry Agreement & Waiver:
Participants
agree to be bound by and comply with all parade rules and
regulations as published and amended. It is understood that
all participants enter at their own risk. All organizers,
sponsors, official, committee members, and all persons directly
or indirectly connected with the operation of the parade
shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage, negligence,
harm, or injury suffered by a participant, entrant, his
companions, boat captains, crew members, vessels, and equipment
which may occur during the parade.
Participation in the Pirates in Paradise Boat Parade shall
automatically imply full acceptance of the above disclaimer
of liability and as the boat owner, entrant, participant,
captain and companions accept full and all liability or
responsibilities caused.

and agree to the above and to the supplemented rules received
by me. I assume responsibility for informing the boat owner,
participants, captain and companions of the Entry Agreement,
Waiver and information within this document."
