Starting his financial education
studying economics at Yale, he
went on to acquire his Florida
Broker's licenses in real
estate, mortgage financing, insurance,
and NASD-Series 7, 63, and 65
licenses.
Dave now owns an income tax preparation
business. He is also a Real Estate
Broker specializing in investment
properties, a Mortgage and Insurance
Broker, and also a Registered
Financial Advisor. He has worked
with national companies such as
Liberty Tax Service, Triad Advisors,
H&R Block Financial Advisors,
G.E.C.C. and Urban Realty.
A long-time Floridian by way of
Connecticut and Michigan, Dave
and his wife Grace like traveling,
especially to see their children,
Jennifer, Leslie, Carrie, Chris,
Peter, Andrew and their grandchildren,
and enjoy tennis and golf.
He participates in several Non-profits,
particularly the Exchange Club.
His goal is "to help as many
people as possible with their
real estate and financial needs."
