| Cancellation/Refund
Policy:
Cancellation
with refund requests must be made
in writing to the school 24-hours
prior to the course's scheduled
start time. To do so, complete
and submit the withdrawal form.
If,
under any circumstances, The
1031 Exchange Academy, LLC,
has failed to provide the student
with the course for which the
student has enrolled and paid
tuition, the student shall receive
a refund in the amount of 100%
of the tuition monies paid.
A
student who cancels his enrollment
in a course 24-hours prior to
that course's scheduled time shall
be entitled to a refund of tuition
paid minus an amount equal to
10% of the tuition. (Example:
If tuition is $50, the student
will receive $45).
A
student who withdraws after the
course instruction has begun,
but prior to 50% of that course
being completed, shall be entitled
to a refund of tuition paid minus
an amount equal to 10% of the
tuition.
A
student who withdraws after 50%
or more of the course instruction
has been complete will not be
due a refund.
Refunds
of monies paid to The
1031 Exchange Academy, LLC, anything
other than tuition (such as books)
are not included in this refund
policy. All refunds will be made
by the same payment type as student
initially used to pay. Students
who paid via cash will be refunded
by check. No cash refunds. Refunds
will be made within 15 calendar
days of withdraw. |
