You guys did an EXCELLENT job with your courses! I reviewed four or five different 1031 education companies for our board, and you were the best! One gentleman who took your class said he was soo glad to be enlightened on 1031s. It was very beneficial. Your classes are very detailed, but broad enough for the layperson to understand. I really appreciate the anecdotal stories about the hypothetical "Fred and Sue Investor." I remember your examples better than the technical stuff, and I am able to transpose the concepts easier to real-life situations!
